A whole common-area bill does not produce a saving. The public band applies only to a figure that is already lighting-related. You do not need kWh or tariff codes. This is not a quotation.
The “around last November” line is paused until the official effective-rate index is loaded. We will not guess TNB numbers.
Type the RM. A whole common-area bill stays a bill. A lighting-related amount can sit next to the public band.
How we estimate
Condo is up to about 20% of lighting-related electricity, office about 15%, mall about 5%. Industrial is on request. None of those is a share of the whole common-area invoice. When the rate index is filled, “last November” is the same usage scaled by that index. We do not invent the index, and we do not invent a lighting share of a mixed bill.
