What we collect

Name, role, building name, email, WhatsApp number, optional note and concerns, estimated number of carpark lightings, a preferred site-visit date, stated interest (invest / outsource / unsure), and any figures you type into the estimate tools. We use this to reply to your enquiry and, if you asked us to, to follow up about Carpark Light.

How it is used

Form submissions are emailed to info@carparklight.com and may be stored in our internal CRM for a human follow-up. We do not sell enquiry data. This website does not send marketing blasts by itself.

Analytics

The production site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-JXT8K8JH4T) so we can see which public pages are opened. Preview and local copies do not load Analytics. When a form is accepted, Analytics records one lead event for that form: which form it was, Option A, Option B, or not sure, and on the estimate a building type and carpark setting if you chose them. That event does not include your name, email, phone, or WhatsApp number. Google may set cookies and process usage data under its own terms. We do not use analytics to sell enquiry data.

Outreach email

If we later write to a committee from a carparklight.com mailbox, that send is human. To stop further outreach, reply and say so, or email info@carparklight.com.
